504 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Using the Platform

Acceptance & Applicability
By accessing the 504 platform (https://504.wine), creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. The 504 platform is intended for adults only (18 years of age or older). Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
With these terms, we Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines applicable. It is recommended that these be read together.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each individual is allowed to create only one account.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Creating an account under someone else’s name or identity is strictly forbidden.
- You may be required to submit documents for identity verification (KYC) if needed.
- Keeping your password and login details completely confidential is your responsibility.
- Report any unauthorized activity on your account to support immediately.
- Renting, sharing, or selling your account to others is prohibited.
- 504 may suspend accounts temporarily at any time for suspicious activities.
As a user, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited. Hacking any part of the platform's systems, using bots, or operating your account through automated software are all punishable offenses.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All transactions on the 504 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
Minimum deposit limits depend on the payment method. Currently, minimum deposits start at ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳500 for bank transfers.
Withdrawal processing usually takes 1–6 business hours. However, delays may occur if the account verification is incomplete or if suspicious transactions are detected.
Withdrawing funds before meeting bonus conditions may void the bonus portion. Specific bonus terms can be viewed by logging into your account.
Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal funds will be immediately cancelled and the associated account permanently suspended.
Disclaimers, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Information
The 504 platform is provided "as is." 504 is not liable for any losses due to technical issues, internet disruptions, or server downtime. All financial losses related to betting or gaming are the sole responsibility of the user.
All content on the 504 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, images, and software — is protected under 504's intellectual property rights. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
The platform may include third-party game providers or payment gateways. 504 is not responsible for the services or policies of these third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Account Suspension, Termination & Platform Usage Rules
Circumstances When Accounts May Be Suspended or Closed
- If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation or fraudulent activity is found.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- If registration is done with false identity or documents.
- If evidence of bot, script, or automated software usage is found.
- Pursuant to government or legal orders.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
- Harassing or misconduct towards other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform’s security measures.
- Spreading false information or engaging in misleading activities.
Terms Changes & Applicable Law
504 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be given reasonable prior notice of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. We recommend regularly reviewing this page.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through dialogue.
